This guide explains how administrators and managers can monitor learner progress, view completion rates, and access reports.

TIP — Administrator and Manager roles have access to learner progress reports. Learners can view their own progress from their dashboard.

1. Access the Reports Section

From the main navigation menu, go to Reports or Analytics. This section provides an overview of learner activity, course completions, and assessment results.

2. View Learner Progress by Course

Select a course from the report filters to see all enrolled learners and their progress status. Progress is typically displayed as a percentage or status (Not Started, In Progress, Completed).

3. Filter by Learner or Team

Use the filter options to narrow results by individual learner, team, department, or date range. This helps you identify who may need support or follow-up.

Understanding Completion Status

  • Not Started — The learner has been enrolled but has not opened the course.
  • In Progress — The learner has started but not yet met the completion criteria.
  • Completed — The learner has met all completion requirements, including any required pass marks.
  • Failed — The learner attempted the assessment but did not meet the minimum pass score.
