Understanding Your Admin and Management Dashboard

Created by Andrew Kemp, Modified on Thu, 28 May at 4:13 PM by Andrew Kemp

This guide explains the admin and manager dashboard — the control centre for managing learners, courses, and reporting. Understanding each section will help you get the most out of your administrative access.

TIP — Administrators see all sections of the admin dashboard. Managers may only see sections related to their assigned teams, depending on the permissions set by your platform owner.

Activity Overview

The top of the dashboard displays high-level statistics including total learners, active courses, recent enrolments, and overall completion rates. Use this to monitor platform health at a glance.

Recent Enrolments

This section shows the most recently enrolled learners, the courses they have been assigned, and their current progress status. Click a learner to view their full profile and history.

Compliance Alerts

Any learners with overdue or expiring training are flagged in the compliance alerts section. Use this to quickly identify and follow up with learners who have not completed mandatory training.

NOTE — Compliance alerts are only displayed if deadlines or expiry dates have been set on courses or certificates.

Quick Actions

The quick actions panel provides shortcuts to the most common administrative tasks, such as adding a new learner, assigning a course, or viewing reports.
