What is the Platform and How Does It Work?

This platform is an online learning management system (LMS) designed to help individuals, teams, and organisations manage and complete training programmes in one place. Whether you are a new learner or an administrator setting up training for your workforce, this guide explains what the platform does and how it is structured.

1. What Does the Platform Do?

The platform brings together everything you need to deliver, track, and complete training — all in one place. Key capabilities include:

Hosting and delivering online courses and assessments

Issuing certificates upon course completion
Managing teams, user roles, and enrolments
Generating compliance and progress reports

2. Who Is It For?

The platform supports several types of users, each with different levels of access:

Learners — Individuals who enrol in and complete courses
Administrators — Manage users, courses, and reporting for an organisation
Organisation Owners — Set up and oversee the organisation account and subscription
Visitors — Browse publicly available course information before registering

3. How Does It Work?

The typical journey on the platform follows these steps:

Step 1 — Create an account

Step 2 — Browse or get assigned courses

You can browse the course catalogue yourself, or your administrator may assign courses directly to you.

Step 3 — Complete your training

Work through course content at your own pace. Progress is saved automatically.

Step 4 — Earn your certificate

Once a course is completed and any assessments are passed, your certificate is issued automatically and available to download from your profile.

4. Accessing the Platform

The platform is entirely browser-based — no software installation is required. It is compatible with all modern browsers and devices, including desktop, tablet, and mobile.
