This guide explains how to log in to your account on this platform. Whether you are a learner, administrator, or organisation owner, the login process is the same.
TIP — If you have been invited via a staff invitation link, use that link to log in for the first time. See Logging In with a Staff Invitation Link for guidance.
1. Go to the Login Page
Navigate to the login page via the platform website or the direct URL provided by your organisation.

2. Enter Your Credentials
Enter your registered email address and password in the fields provided.
NOTE — Passwords are case-sensitive. Ensure your caps lock is not on if you are having trouble logging in.

3. Click Log In
Click the Log In button to access your account. You will be taken to your dashboard.

4. Stay Logged In (Optional)
If you are on a personal device, you can tick Remember me before logging in to stay signed in between sessions.
NOTE — Do not use Remember me on shared or public devices, as this may allow others to access your account.
Troubleshooting
- Forgotten your password? Click Forgot Password on the login page. See Resetting Your Password for full instructions.
- Account locked? Too many failed login attempts may lock your account temporarily. Wait a few minutes and try again, or contact your administrator.
- Error message on login? Ensure your email address is correct and that your account has been verified. If the issue persists, contact support.
