Understanding Your Dashboard as a Learner

When you log in as a learner, the first thing you see is your personal dashboard. This guide explains each section and how to make the most of it.

TIP — Your dashboard is personalised to you. It only shows courses, progress, and notifications relevant to your account.

My Courses

The My Courses section displays all courses currently assigned to you or that you have self-enrolled in. Each course card shows your current progress (e.g. 0%, In Progress, Completed) and a button to start or continue.

Progress Summary

A summary panel shows your overall learning progress, including total courses assigned, completed, and any upcoming deadlines. Use this to stay on top of your training at a glance.

Announcements

Your administrator or organisation may post announcements here. These may include important updates, new course releases, or training reminders.

Notifications

The bell icon at the top of the page displays your notifications. Click it to see alerts about new course assignments, upcoming due dates, and messages from your administrator.

Certificates

Once you complete a course, any certificate awarded will be available in the My Certificates section. Click a certificate to view or download it as a PDF.

NOTE — If a course or section is missing from your dashboard, it may not yet have been assigned to you. Contact your administrator for assistance.
