Resetting Your Password

If you have forgotten your password or are unable to log in, this guide explains how to reset it and regain access to your account.

TIP — If you remember your password but your account is locked, wait a few minutes before trying again. Repeated failed attempts can trigger a temporary lock.

1. Go to the Login Page

Navigate to the login page and click the Forgot Password? link below the password field.

2. Enter Your Registered Email Address

Type the email address associated with your account into the field provided and click Send Reset Link or Request Password Reset.

3. Check Your Email

A password reset email will be sent to your registered address. Open the email and click the Reset My Password button or link.

NOTE — Password reset links are valid for a limited time (typically 60 minutes). If the link has expired, repeat the process to request a new one.

4. Create a New Password

You will be taken to a page where you can create a new password. Your new password must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number

Enter your new password twice to confirm, then click Save Password or Update Password.

5. Log In with Your New Password

Once your password has been updated, you will be redirected to the login page. Enter your email address and your new password, then click Log In.
