Quick answer:

Before you log in
Make sure you have:

How to log in
Step 1: Go to the login page
Visit the homepage and click Log In in the top right corner, or
Go directly to the login page if you have the link bookmarked.
Step 2: Enter your credentials
On the login form, enter:
Email
The email address you used when creating your account.Password
Your account password (remember, this is case sensitive).
Step 3: Click Sign In
Click the Sign In button to access your account.

What you will see on your dashboard
After logging in successfully, you will typically see:
Your name in the top right corner
A navigation menu with options such as My Learning, Courses and My Account
Dashboard widgets showing your progress, enrolled courses and achievements
Quick action buttons for common tasks such as continuing a course or viewing certificates

How to reset your password
If you cannot remember your password:
Click Forgot password on the login page.
Enter your email address.
Check your inbox for a password reset email.
Click the reset link in the email and create a new password.
Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
⚠️ Important: Password reset links expire after 24 hours.
If the link has expired, request a new one from the login page.
Did not receive the reset email?
If the password reset email has not arrived:
Check your spam/junk folder.
Wait 5 to 10 minutes in case of delays.
Try requesting a new reset link.
Contact support if the problem continues.
Login issues and troubleshooting
"Invalid email or password" error
If you see this message:
Double check your email address and password.
Remember that passwords are case sensitive.
Make sure Caps Lock is turned off.
If you are still unsure, try resetting your password.
"Account not found" error
This usually means we cannot find an account with that email address:
You may not have created an account yet.
Try using a different email address you own.
If you are new, create a new account first.
Browser will not load the login page
If the login page will not load:
Check your internet connection.
Try a different browser.
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
Try a different device if you can.
Check whether the service is available on our Status page.
Cannot log in but the password is correct
If your details are correct but you still cannot log in:
Your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons.
Wait 15 minutes and try again.
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try once more.
If the issue continues, contact support for help.

Keep your account safe:
Use a strong password, and never share it with anyone.
Log out when using shared or public computers.
Update your password regularly, especially if you have reset it recently.
Be cautious of phishing emails asking for your login details.
