Starting and Resuming a Course

Created by Andrew Kemp, Modified on Thu, 28 May at 5:18 PM by Andrew Kemp

Once you have enrolled on a course, you can start it immediately or return to it at any time. This article explains how to launch a course for the first time and how to pick up where you left off if you need to come back to it later.

TIP — Your progress is saved automatically as you complete each section. You do not need to finish a course in a single session.

1. Starting a Course for the First Time

Step 1 — Go to My Courses

Log in and navigate to My Courses from your dashboard or the main navigation menu.

Step 2 — Select the course

Click on the course you wish to start. This will open the course overview page, showing the course outline, duration, and any completion requirements.

Step 3 — Launch the course

Click the Start Course or Begin button to launch the first lesson. The course will open in your browser.

2. Resuming a Course You Have Already Started

If you have previously started a course, the platform will remember exactly where you left off. To resume:

Step 1 — Go to My Courses

From your dashboard, navigate to My Courses. Courses you have already started will show a progress indicator.

Step 2 — Click Resume

Click Resume or Continue on the course card. You will be taken directly to the point where you stopped.

NOTE — If a course opens in a separate window or tab and you close it accidentally, simply return to My Courses and click Resume. Your progress will have been saved up to the last completed section.
