Step 1: Access the Team Management Section
Log in to your Food Compliance HQ account.
Click "Team Management" in the main navigation.
In the left menu, select "Team Members".
Step 2: Invite a New Team Member
Click "Invite Team Member".
A new modal window will appear, allowing you to enter details:

Under "Permissions", assign the appropriate access level for each team member:

Grants management-level access to your account.
Admins can allocate training, add members, manage teams, and more.
Student Permission
Provides standard user access to the platform.
Users can view assigned courses, track achievements, and access training.
💡 Tip: Need to invite multiple members at once? Click "Add Another Person" to include more team members in a single invite session.
Customise the Invitation (Optional)
Click "Add Custom Message" to include a personalised note in the invitation email.
This is useful for welcoming new team members or providing onboarding instructions.
Review the entered details and Click "Send invite(s)"
The system will send an invitation email to the team members.
Step 3: Manage Invitations & Resend Invites
If a team member has not activated their account:
Go to the "Invites Sent" tab.
Click the Action dropdown next to their name.
Select "Resend" to send the invite again.
If needed, select "Revoke" to cancel their account activation.
Great job! You have invited your team to join you on Food Compliance HQ.
