How to Assign Courses to Your Team Members

This guide will walk you through the steps to assign online training courses to your team members in Food Compliance HQ.

Need to assign courses to your team? Wondering if you can add multiple courses or assign training to several team members at once? We've got you covered!

Step 1: Access the Team Management Dashboard

  1. Log in to your account as a Team Manager.

  2. Click the Team Management tab.

  3. This will open your Team Dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to Team Members

  1. Click the Team Members button in the TEAM DEVELOPMENT navigation menu on the left.

Step 3: Select Team Members

  1. Use the checkboxes to select one or multiple team members to assign training.

  2. If you have a large team, expand the ‘Rows per page’ setting to display more members.

💡 Tip: Save time by assigning courses to multiple team members at once!

Step 4: Assign Training

  1. Click the Assign Training button.

  2. This will open the "Assign Course to User" window.

Step 5: Choose a Course

  1. Ensure the team member(s) appear in the SELECTED USER(S) field.

  2. In the SELECT COURSE field, choose a course to assign.

  3. Click ‘Add’.

Step 6: Assign Multiple Courses (Optional)

  1. To add more than one course, after clicking ‘Add’, select another course from the list.

  2. Click ‘Add’ again.

💡 Tip: Repeat as needed—you can assign unlimited courses!

Step 7: Finalise & Submit

  1. Once all courses have been assigned, click “Submit All” to complete the process.

Great job! Your team members now have access to the courses you've assigned.

Next Steps

Your team members can now access their assigned courses by logging into their account. Under "My Dashboard" > "Scheduled Training," they’ll find the newly added courses ready to start.

If you need to assign more courses or manage your team’s training, simply return to the Team Management section anytime.
