Occasionally, our welcome emails may be filtered into your junk or spam folder. This guide will help you locate the email, mark it as safe, and complete your email verification.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Check Your Junk or Spam Folder
Check Your Junk or Spam Folder on Desktop
Open the email account you used to register.
Navigate to your Junk or Spam folder.
In Gmail: Scroll down the left-hand sidebar and click Spam.
In Outlook: Open the Junk Email folder from your folder list.
In other email clients, Look for similar folders labelled Spam, Junk, or Unwanted.
Look for an email from us with the subject line:
"Welcome onboard - Verify Your Email."
Check Your Junk or Spam Folder on Mobile
On Gmail (Mobile App):
Open the Gmail app.
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
Scroll down and select Spam.
Look for an email from us with the subject:
“Welcome onboard - Verify Your Email.”
On Outlook (Mobile App):
Open the Outlook app.
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
Select Junk Email.
Locate our email and mark it as "Not Junk" if necessary.
On iPhone Mail (Apple Mail App):
Open the Mail app.
Tap Mailboxes in the upper-left corner.
Scroll down and select Junk.
Search for our email using the subject line provided.
On Android Default Mail App:
Open the default Mail app.
Tap the menu icon (☰) or navigate to folders.
Select Spam or Junk.
Locate our email and move it to your inbox if found.
If you do not see the email, wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox. Some email systems may delay delivery.
Step 2: Mark the Email as Safe
Once you locate the welcome email, select it.
Mark it as safe to ensure future messages go to your inbox:
Gmail: Click the “Report not spam” button at the top of the email.
Outlook: Right-click the email and select “Mark as not junk”.
Other Clients: Look for options such as “Move to Inbox” or “Add to Safe Senders List”.
Future emails from us will now go directly to your inbox.
Step 3: Verify Your Email Address
Open the email from us and click the “Verify Your Email Address” button.
You will be redirected to a confirmation page indicating successful verification.
If the link has expired, return to our website and re-register to generate a new email.
The verification link is only valid for 24 hours. If it expires, you’ll need to register again.
