Maintaining accurate records in your Institute account is critical for tracking progress and ensuring organisational compliance. There may be instances where you need to remove or transition a team member from your account. Our streamlined leavers' process facilitates this with ease.

Detach/Remove Team Members

Removing a team member preserves their training footprint for the duration of their tenure, maintaining compliance records while severing their account link to your institute.

Accessing the Team Members Directory

Navigate to the 'Team Members' section via the team management menu to view all current members under your institute.

Locating the Team Member

Utilise the search function by inputting the member's name or email to find the individual you intend to remove or detach.

Initiating the Leavers Wizard

Select 'remove/detach' from the action options beside the team member's name to start the leavers' wizard, which will walk you through the process.

Completing the Leavers Wizard

Answer prompts regarding the team member's departure to assist in recording compliance and separating their account from the institute.

Retaining Training and Development Records

The team member's records remain with the institute, preserving evidence of their progress and achievements. They can also opt to transfer their records to a new employer or continue with a personal subscription.
